Divine Bliss will continue to follow local and state regulations regarding the safe operation. As we receive additional guidance, its policies and practices will be updated accordingly. Our top priority has always been to bring an unparalleled safe experience of healing to our guests, and our resolve is stronger now than ever before. Our team has been hard at work to raise the bar of hygiene and sanitation, as well as considering every step of treatment processes to ensure we meet your needs in a focused and safe manner that is in accordance with government guidelines.
To keep you safe, we will ask all guests to:
Refrain from visiting the studio if you or a household member have a fever, COVID-19 symptoms or a communicable illness.
Refrain from visiting the studio if you are under an isolation or quarantine order/directive.
Respect the studio's sanitation and hygiene standards.
Wash hands prior to beginning each treatment/service.
Service providers will wear masks during all treatments as an enhanced safety.
What to expect:
Reduced hours and appointment times to ensure we meet reopening requirements.
New Intake form to address current situation.
One guest at a time. Please don't bring any additional people.
Service will begin and end on time as a courtesy to next guest, if you're 10 minutes late or more, you will need to reschedule.
Forms of payments: Major credit cards.
Please pay for your treatment at the time of your appointment in the suite. A Credit Card is required to schedule an appointment but is not charged.
You are not paying for your visit. Credit Cards on the appointment site are solely for no shows and same day cancellations.
Not prepayment at this time.
Please keep in mind if you are scheduling an appointment as a gift you also need to buy a gift card or let us know so we charge their visit to your credit card on file otherwise they must pay at the time of the appointment.
New Clients please come in 5 min before your appointment to fill out and sign our intake form.
Your visit is reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policy, please reschedule or cancel your massage therapy treatment or holistic skin care at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations and no show with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a $35 cancellation fee. All services require credit card or gift card number when booking. When you schedule an appointment with us means that you acknowledge and accept this policy.
