We require a credit card to book an appointment, your card will not be charged unless you reschedule, cancel with less than 24 hours of notice or no show.
*cancellation fee is 50% of scheduled service
To keep you safe, we will ask all guests to:
Refrain from visiting the studio if you or a household member have a fever, FLU symptoms or a communicable illness.
Respect the studio's sanitation and hygiene standards.
You must wait at least 48 hours after any vaccination before you receive any treatment. We do this just in case you have a delayed reaction.
What to expect:
We require a credit card to book an appointment even if you are using a gift card, you are only reserving your appointment and you will pay in person.
Service will begin and end on time as a courtesy to next guest, if you're 10 minutes late or more, you will need to reschedule.

Please make childcare and pet arrangements. Our studio doesn't accommodate children or pets.
Not prepayment at this time.
Please keep in mind if you are scheduling an appointment as a gift you also need to buy a gift card. Scheduling an appointment is not paying for a service.
New Clients please come in 10 min before your appointment to fill out and sign our intake form.
Gift cards don't expire but promotional value expires one year from the date it was purchased. Must be present at time of service.
